主要发达国家关于失地农民安置的做法及对我国的启示

随着我国城市化进程的加快,失地农民的数量在急剧增加。在我国现行的关于失地农民补偿制度还存在缺陷、失地农民的权益不断遭到侵蚀的情况下,如何消除失地农民的后顾之忧,缩小城市化进程中城乡差距,推进和谐社会步伐,结合我国实际,学习借鉴发达资本主义国家的成功做法具有十分重要的现实意义。

With the rapid development of China＇s urbanlization process, the number of landless peasants has risen sharply. The defects still exist in China＇ s current compensation system on landless peansants and the rights of landless peasants are being constantly violated, under such a condidion, it has the great significance for us to do the reasearch on how to eliminate the worries of landless peasants, to narrow the gap between the urban and rural areas, to promote a harmonious society pace with the reality of our country and successful practices from the developed capitalist countries.
