海南黑山羊早期生长发育规律研究

Growth and Development of Hainan Black Goats at the Early Stage

通过对海南黑山羊早期体重的基本统计量、相关系数计算及Logistic生长曲线的拟合,分析了海南黑山羊早期生长发育规律。结果表明:海南黑山羊早期体重的变异都很大,有很大的选择提高空间;海南黑山羊母羊初生、6月龄和周岁体重都严重退化;可以用2月龄体重作为海南黑山羊体重早期选择的指标;海南黑山羊生长曲线为Wt=18.695×(1+0.5822e-0.5043t)-1(R2=0.9910,P<0.01),拐点月龄M=1.0728(32.184d)。

The growth and development of Hainan Black Goats in Hainan at the early stage was analyzed through calculating the apparent parameters at the early stage and correlation coefficient and fitting the equation of the growth curve for Hainan Black Goats. The analysis showed that the body weight of Hainan Black Goats varied greatly at the early stage. The weights of birth, 6 months and 1 year of Hainan Black Goat were retrogressed greatly. The 2 months weight can be used as the index for early selection of body weight of Hainan Black Goat. The growth curve of Hainan Black Goat was W1=18.695×（1＋0.5822e^-0.5043t）^-t（R^2=0.9910,P〈0.01）spinodal age M= 1.072 8 months （32.184 days）.
