摘要
目的:研究载脂蛋白在糖尿病和高血压两种疾病中的改变,及其改变对疾病的影响。方法:受试者分四组:健康组,高血压组,糖尿病组,二病皆有组。计算体重指数(body mass index,BMI);美国罗氏(Roche)7600全自动生化分析仪对总胆固醇(Chol)、甘油三酯(Tg)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、载脂蛋白(Apo)ApoA1、ApoA2、ApoB、ApoC2、ApoC3、ApoE进行检测。结果:脂类、载脂蛋白类在性别间有差异;高血压组中ApoA2、ApoB、ApoC2、ApoC3、Tg、BMI结果均高于正常。糖尿病组中ApoA1,HDL低于正常。在两病皆有组组中ApoC2均高于其它三组;ApoA2、ApoC3可能与高血压的发病有关;患病组脂类、载脂蛋白类较正常组表达比例有差异。结论:异常的脂类代谢影响着疾病的发展。正常情况下代谢本没有相关性的载脂蛋白和脂类在疾病的异常情况下呈相关性的表达增加或减少,可能是糖尿病和高血压病程发展中的结果,反之如果不加以控制,可能会影响预后。
Objective:To investigate the changes of lipids and apolipoproteins in diabetes mellitus (DM) and hypertension (HT) and their effects, nethods:Testees were divided into 4 groups: control group, DM group, HT group, HT & DM group. BMI was calculated; and cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein( HDL), Low density lipoprotein( LDL), apolipoprotein(Apo) APOA1, APOA2, APOB, APOC2, APOC3, APOE. were tested on Roche H7600 chemistry analyzer. Results:there was difference on lipids and apolipoproteins by gender. APOA2, APOB, ApoC2, ApoC3, ApoE increased in HT group. And lower APOA1, HDL in DM group. ApoC3 had a obvious change in DM compounding HT. ApoA2/C3 were related with the cause of HT. Compared with the normal, the DM and HT group had related lipids and apolipoproteins changes. Conclusion:Abnormal lipids and apolipoproteins metabolism indicate the development of diseases, which increase or decrease during the period of HT and DM. The dysfunction of lipids and apolipoproteins may affect the recovery from diseases if out of control.
