摘要
根据现场的实际生产条件,运用正交试验分析法分析了原材料条件影响转炉炉内回硫原因的主要因素,并确定了低硫钢生产的最优原材料组合方案,但此方案并非绝对,随原材料条件的变化,主次因素会发生变化。从硫收入支出平衡考虑,自返废钢+优质石灰+扒渣程度好,带入转炉的硫负荷低,有利于低硫钢的冶炼。
Based on the actual production conditions, the orthogonal test was carried out to analyze the main factor that the material conditions influence to resulfurization in converter, and determine the best material composition for low sulfur steel production,but this composition is not absolutely, with the changes of material condition, the main and secondary factor may be changed, considering the equalization of sulfur in and out, the return scrap and quality lime and skimming better, low drag - in sulfur, are good for making low sulfur steel.
