摘要
建立了变速箱故障振动理论模型,模型考虑了箱体内部各齿轮、轴承和轴不对中时对箱体复合振动信号的影响.利用时域同步平均技术和小波分析技术分别将齿轮振动信号、轴不对中故障振动信号和轴承故障振动信号从箱体复合振动信号中分离出来,并利用分离出来的振动信号成功地诊断了变速箱的典型故障.
A model for vibration due to faults in a gearbox has been developed, with due consideration to the effects of the faults of gears and bearings inside the gearbox casing as well as that of the disalignment of shafts on the composite vibration signals of the casing. The synchronous time domain average technique and wavelet analysis are used to separate the vibration signals due to gear vibration,bearing fault and disalignment, respectively. The vibration signals separated are then successfully used to diagnose the typical faults in the gearbox.
