摘要
研究了几种中长涤纶仿毛织物的结构参数与声学参数之间关系.分析了相同透气量时织物厚度对声阻率的影响,以及相同厚度时透气量对织物声阻率的影响.研究结果显示,在织物透气量较小时,相同透气量的织物的厚度对声率的影响较小,而织物微孔半径增加时声阻率却出现增加的情况.由此得出,织物声阻率随纱线细度的增加而增加.在厚度相同时织物声阻率随其透气量增加呈曲线形式变化,透气量适中时吸声系数达到最大,透气量偏大和偏小都会使声阻率偏小.对这个曲线拟合后得到了由织物透气量计算其声阻率的经验公式,将这个经验公式代入H.Kuttruff的织物吸声系数公式后使得实测结果与计算结果吻合较好.
The relationship between specific acoustics resistance of wool-like fabrics and it's thickness ,diameter of yarn,area of pores,and air permeabiulity are discussed. The results show that the increment of diameter of yarn yield the increase of specific acoustics resistance of fabric. This theory supports the theory of vibration-pore sound absorption established in reference [24]. The specific acoustics resistance will be maximum during the air permeability is 100-200. The sound absorption coefficient formula which had been put forward by H. Kuttruff is not agree with practice because of the little specific acoustics resistance getting from theoretical caculating. While using the empirical formula obtained in this paper,the specific acoustics resistance will be big enough to make the sound absorption coefficient agree with practice.
