摘要
为提高平网印花机车间的信息化和网络化,结合Hydromg5_V平网印花机的特点和工艺,采用现场总线CAN和组态软件MCGS,开发了平网印花机现场总线监控系统.解决了传统平网印花机控制系统存在的问题,完成了多台平网印花机的联网和在线监控,并为实现印染企业的信息化生产和管理奠定了基础.
Monitor and control system for printing and dyeing machine is developed based on CAN filed bus and MCGS with some advantages of real-time, reliability, etc. The effective online monitoring and controlling is realized and the level of information transmission and management are improved for printing and dyeing companies.
