摘要
对石蒜C带的初步研究表明,其染色体2n=33,由T型染色体组成。带纹不丰富,仅第3号和第5号染色体出现带纹。第3号染色体出现的是着丝点带,为线状;第5号染色体出现的是中间带,带纹出现在长臂上,为斑点状。结果表明,石蒜为同源三倍体。
C-banding of Lycoris radiata was studied.The result showed that the chromosome number of Lycoris radiata was 33 and the chromosome type was T chromosome.Six stable and distinct C-bands were located atn the third and fifth chromosome of Lycoris radiata respectively.The C-band of the third chromosome was centromeric band and the shape of which was linear type.The C-band of the fifth chromosome was intercalary band and the shape of which was punctate type.The application of chromosome C-band in the research on the origin of the triploid species of Lycoris radiata Herb was also discussed.
