综述了蛋白质电泳方法的分类、特点及其在作物品种纯度鉴定中的应用,阐述了同工酶电泳技术在杂交油菜种子真实性和纯度鉴定中的广泛应用,讨论了利用贮藏蛋白电泳技术鉴定杂交油菜种子真实性和纯度的可行性及应用前景等。

The classification,character of protein electrophoresis technology as well as its application in the purity identification of crop were reviewed in this paper.And the wide-ranging application of isozyme electrophoresis technology in the purity identification of hybrid rapeseed was elaborated.Finally the feasibitly and application prospect of methods of storage protein electrophoresis in hybrid rapeseed purity identification were discussed.
