摘要
[目的]研究藓类植物提取液对作物种子萌发的影响。[方法]用北地扭口藓、灰藓的配子体水提液分别培养5种作物种子,测量种子胚芽和胚根的生长量、鲜重及干重。[结果]灰藓和北地扭口藓的配子体水提液促进了小麦胚根干重的增加,分别为对照的1.88和2.08倍;促进了玉米胚根伸长,分别为对照的1.18和1.21倍;促进了花生胚根伸长,分别为对照的1.14和1.15倍;显著增加了大豆胚根的干重,分别为对照的2.51倍和2.52倍;促进了蚕豆胚根伸长,分别为对照的1.45和1.39倍。[结论]灰藓、北地扭口藓的配子体水提液对作物种子萌发均有不同程度的促进作用,对农作物的胚根促进作用显著,提高了种子的萌发质量。说明藓类配子体的主要次生代谢产物或内源激素具有生物活性。
[Objective] The purpose was to study the influences of mosses extracts on the sprouting of crop seeds.[Method] The seeds of 5 crops were cultured with water extracts of Barbula fallax and Hypnum cupressiforme gametophytes to measure the growth increment,fresh weight and dry weight of embryo and radicle of seeds.[Result] The water extracts of B.fallax and H.cupressiforme gametophytes promoted the increase of dry weight of wheat radicle with 1.88 and 2.08 times of CK resp.,promoted the elongate of maize radicle with 1.18 and 1.21 times of CK resp.,promoted the elongate of peanut radicle with 1.14 and 1.15 times of CK resp.,increased the dry weight of soybean radicle significantly with 2.51 and 2.52 times of CK resp.,and promoted the elongate of horsebean radicle with 1.45 and 1.39 times of CK resp.[Conclusion] The water extracts of both B.fallax and H.cupressiforme gametophytes had promotion effect on the sprouting of crop seeds to different degrees,had significant promotion effect on the radicle of crop and
increased the sprouting quality of seeds,indicating that the main secondary metabolites or endogenous hormones of mosses gametophytes had biological activity.
