摘要
采用生物毒性实验方法,设计低浓度三唑磷农药对鲫鱼(Carassus auratus)的不同胁迫质量浓度(0、0.02、0.10、0.20mg/L),分别于胁迫第0、7、28、48天及解除胁迫后第7、28天采样,研究三唑磷胁迫后不同时间段鲫鱼肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化情况。结果表明,随三唑磷胁迫浓度和时间的不同,CAT活性呈现一定的剂量效应与时间效应,对鲫鱼肝脏内过氧化氢酶表现出明显的抑制和诱导作用,胁迫解除后,CAT活性得到不同程度的恢复。表明在实验剂量范围内,鲫鱼具有一定的生理调节机能。鲫鱼肝脏CAT活性对三唑磷胁迫的敏感性,可以作为水生生态系统中三唑磷的生物监测指标。
The Carassus auratus was treated with different concentrations(0,0.02,0.10 and 0.20 mg/L) triazophos organophous pesticide for 0,7,28 and 48 days on the base of the biological toxicity experimental technique.On the 7th day and the 28th day,the catalase(CAT) of crucian curatus in the different time activity was tested.The result showed that CAT activity was changed with the triazophos organophosphorous concentration and the treated time.And the CAT activity in the liver was obviously surppressed and then inducted.After the triazophos organophosphorous was relieved,the CAT activity was recovery on various degree.The result indicated in the experimental dosage scope the crucian curatus has the curtain physilogy accommodation.The sensitivity of the CAT activity in the crucian curatus liver on the trizophos organophorous was seen as a biological monitor index in the aquatic ecosystem.
