摘要
对山茶属7种野生植物的多酚氧化酶（PL）同工酶、茶多酚（TP）含量和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活力进计测试分析，结果显示它们的PL活力、TP含量和SOD活力的种间变异系数分别达34.87．89.22和24.96：多酚氧化酶（PL）同工酶谱带型相似，PL生理活力强弱随其原生生态环境相似而聚类．
The result showed that contents of Tea Polyphenols(TP) and activity of polyphenol oxidas (PL) and SOD in leaves from the 7 species plant of camellia in Guizhou province,havesignificant difference among them, the variety coefficient of contnets of TP and activity of PL and SOD in the 7 species in their given order are 89.22, 34.87 and 24.96 respectively. All 7 species has simillar pedigree group of PL, activity of PL of these 7 species agglomeration with ecological enviroments similarity.
