摘要 研究用超临界二氧化碳流体从桂花中提取桂花浸膏的工艺,并探索操作压力、温度及时间对桂花浸膏萃取率的影响.得到最佳萃取条件为:压力140kg/cm2,温度38℃,时间4h.用此法萃取的桂花净油,经气相色谱—质谱联用仪分析,有41种成分与己有的报道不同,化学成分多,天然感、新鲜感好,桂花的特征香气完全. A technology for extraction of Osmanthus fragrans concrete with carbon dioxide as a solvent was described. The principle of thc techilique using supercritical CO2 fluid as a solvent is to change the solubility of so1utes in liquid CO2 at the cntical point of CO2. The experimental results showed that the proper conditions for extract of Osmanthus fragrans concrete are: pressure 140 kg/cm, temperature 38℃, time 4 hours. The absolute oil extracted by this method was analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that there are 41 components which are different from that reported. The oil has more components, a stronger scent in nature and fresh and is complete in the characteristic sweet smell of the flowers.
