Discussion on the Mechanism of Ecological Construction Compensate in Zhangjiakou Area

水资源是一种极度脆弱的自然资源,而水资源保护是实现水资源可持续利用的必要环节,所以建立和完善水资源保护补偿机制有助于水资源保护工作的开展,对促进水资源可持续利用具有决定性作用。以张家口地区水资源保护补偿为例来探讨生态建设补偿机制问题,对当前生态环境建设中存在的问题进行了分析,并就建立科学完善的生态建设补偿机制提出了相关建议。

The water resource is one kind of extreme frail natural resource,but the water resource conservation is the necessary tache to realize the sustaining application of water resource.Therefore the establishment of compensation mechanism of water resource conservation is helpful to the water resource conservation and sustaining development.In this article,the water resource conservation in the Zhangjiakou area was taken as example to discuss the compensation mechanism of ecological construction.The problem in current environmental construction was discussed.The establishment of compensation mechanism of ecological construction is important in the regional development of society,economy and environment.
