摘要 [目的]研究絮凝法处理中密度纤维板生产废水的效果。[方法]利用ZZH絮凝剂处理中密度纤维板生产废水,介绍试验方法、步骤,分析作用机理和效益。[结果]以500ml废水中加入0.10ml絮凝剂为最佳投加量,静置时间4.0h最好。采用滤布抽滤对CODCr和SS去除率低于用滤纸抽滤,但相差不大,下层沉淀物用滤布抽滤后即可达到工业生产回用水水质要求。ZZH型絮凝剂的凝聚-絮凝机理是表面络合沉淀过程。采用ZZH型絮凝剂处理后,该公司每年节约成本346.8万元,CODCr减排357.7t,SS减排246.4t。采用ZZH型絮凝剂CODCr去除率达94.45%,SS去除率达95.61%,处理后的水质达到工业生产回用水水质要求。[结论]采用ZZH絮凝剂处理中密度纤维板生产废水,操作简单,去除效率高,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。 The research aimed to study the effects of treating wastewater produced by medium-density fibreboard production by flocculation method.ZZH type of flocculant was used to treat the wastewater produced by medium-density fibreboard production.The test method and steps were introduced and its mechanism and benefits were analyzed.The optimum addition amount of flocculant was 0.20 ml per litre and the best standing time was 4.0 h.The removal rates of CODcr and SS by filtration with filter cloth were lower than that by filtration with filter paper without great difference.The low-layer sediments filtrated by filter cloth could reach the requirements of the quality of recycling water for industry production.The coagulation-flocculation mechanism of ZZH type of flocculant was a surface complexing precipitation process.Treated by ZZH type of flocculant,the company saved cost of 3.468×106 yuan per year,reduced CODCr emission of 357.7 t,reduced SS emission of 246.4 t.The removal rate of CODcr reached 94.45% and the removal rate of SS reached 95.61%.The water quality after the treatment reached the requirements of the quality of recycling water for industry production.Treating the wastewater produced by medium-density fibreboard production by using ZZH type of flocculant is simple to operate and has,with high removal efficiency and significant economic benefits and social benefits.
