Urban-rural interactive development is involved in many theories,in which spatial economics,flux economics,systematic science and coordination and accrete theory are closest related to it.By unscrambling these related theories systematically,the favorable finds to the theories showed the following enlightenments to urban-rural interactive development：the urban system were the rural system wete heterogeneous but mutual benefits,and it was necessary to construct factors flowing and response mechanism for urban-rural interactive development,and how to optimize an open urban-rural system and design a coordination and accrete model for urban-rural development.
