This artide summarized the present situation of restaurant wastewater treammnt methods. These methods can be classed by its main characteriatic into oil - and- water trap technique, no oil waste water treatment technique and waste oil extraction and purification teelmique. It introduced the applications of physics and chemlstry methods in oil- and- water trap, coagulation technology and biological treatment technology in wastewater treatment. Waste oil extraction and purification technique are introduced.
