党务公开就是指党的工作和活动,在条件许可的情况下,具有或应该具有公开性。党务公开是党务活动由秘密走向公开的必然趋势;是党的建设在新形势下的必然要求;是政务公开形势发展的必然。党务公开在内容上要全面、真实、具体、合法;在形式上要注意方式方法的多样化;在程序上要力求规范、有序、到位;在时限上实行定期与不定期相结合。要建立相关制度,确保党务公开的工作的长效性。

The publicity of CCP affairs means all the work and activities that CCP have conducted can be or should be publicized if the conditions are permitted.It is the inevitable trend of CCP affairs changing from secret to open,the essential requirements of the construction of CCP under the new era,and the natural production of the publicity of government affairs.It is required that publicity of CCP affairs be complete,authentic,concrete and legal in content,be diverse in means and approaches,be normal,orderly,satisfactory in procedures,be regular and irregular in duration.The relevant systems should be established to make sure that publicity of CCP affairs can last as long as possible.
