本文主要从亲属称谓的悖论、熟人称谓的尴尬、陌生人面称的难堪与无奈三方面探讨了让人欢喜让人忧的称呼问题,指出“称呼难”的原因在于尊敬度与亲密度之间不易得兼的矛盾以及言听者心理期待的不同步,认为语用学中的得体原则有助于这一问题的解决。

From the contradiction between the relatives appellation,the embarrassment between the acquaintances appellation,the dilemma between the strangers appellation,the paper probes into the problem for us to address,points out the reason why we feel difficult to address is the contradiction between respect and kindness,the different psychical expecting between the speaker and the listener,considering that the principle of appropriateness is helpful to solve the problem.
