含长链β-二酮环金属铂配合物的微波合成及其电致发光器件性能 被引量:4

Microwave Synthesis and Electroluminescent Characteristic of Phosphorescent Cyclometalated Platinum Complexes with Long Chain β-diketonate Ancillary Ligands

摘要 采用微波辐射法合成了一组含有长链β-二酮的环金属铂配合物,这类配合物结构式为Pt(C^N)(O^O),C^N表示环金属配体二苯基吡啶,O^O表示不同链长的辅助配体β-二酮。实验表明,与一般的合成方法比较,微波辐射法大大缩短了反应时间,将合成时间从32 h缩短到不足30 min。同时,将合成的化合物掺杂到PFO和PBD主体材料中做成了电致发光器件(OLEDs),研究了器件在不同掺杂浓度下的光电特征,研究表明当掺杂浓度为8%时,由化合物3制备的OLEDs的最大外量子效率达到1%。 Microwave synthetic method has been developed for the synthesis of a series of cyclometalated platinum complexes with long chain β - diketonate ancillary igands, with which reaction time is greatly reduced from 32 h to several minutes. Moreover, the organic light-emitting diode(OLED) were fabricated by doping compounds in host (PFO and PBD) at different concentration and the electroluminescent characteristics of the compounds were researched, the max external quantum efficiency( 1% ) of OLEDs was obtained when doping concentration of compound 3 is 8 percent.
