摘要
目的：探讨射频消融术（RFA）治疗宫颈妊娠的可行性、安全性。方法：2004年1月～2005年9月，对5例宫颈妊娠患者行RFA治疗。结果：5例均顺利完成RFA治疗，术中出血少，治疗成功，保留了患者的子宫及生育能力。结论：RFA是治疗宫颈妊娠的一项行之有效的措施。
Objective:To investigate the possibility of radiofrequency ablation(RFA) therapy in treating patients with cervical pregnancy.Methods: From 2004,1 to 2005,9,five patients with cervical pregnancy received RFA.Result: Five patients were treated with RFA successfully.RFA therapy may have the reduction of bleeding and the maintainence of of uteri and fertility.Conclusion: RFA therapy is a feasible and effective method in treating the cervical pregnancy.
