摘要
随着经济全球化和我国社会主义市场经济的发展,从跨文化管理的角度探讨企业激励的效果问题日益迫切和富有现实意义,跨文化管理成为企业激励必须重视的问题,由于文化不同造成了中西双方对激励的理解、选择、接受的不同,必须在文化交融的基础上寻求提高激励效果的方法。
From the perspective of cross-culture management, this paper expounds the effect of incentives of enterprises, pointing out that cross-culture management does require their attention. Cultural differences lead to differences in the understanding, choice and reception of incentives between the east and the west. Therefore, methods of promoting the effect of incentives must be sought after on the basis of cultural blending.
