摘要
对国外老年公寓的发展及福利住房政策进行了研究,介绍了我国老年公寓的发展现状,分析了我国老年公寓发展存在的问题,并对我国老年公寓的未来进行了展望,以建立健全我国的社会养老设施和服务体系。
The development of civic apartment for the aged at abroad as well as warfare house policy is studied. Based upon introduction of the development situations of civic apartment for the aged in our country questions existed in development process are analyzed, at the same time prospect is made in order to improve social retirement facility and service system.
