摘要
以青岛市云南路片区旧城改造拆迁安置项目为例,从平面布置和平面户型设计等方面探讨了高层住宅的小户型住宅(70 m2左右)设计的一些方法技巧,以达到在满足基本居住需求的同时,设计出既舒造又经济合理的住宅户型。
Taking the example of Yunnan Road rebuilding project in Qingdao, it discusses some designing methods and skills of high residential building with a area of 70 square meters from surface layout and surface hour, e style design, so as to achieve the basic residential needs, and designs a comfortable and economic residential house style.
