结合西安朱雀大厦工程概况,分析了该工程六层施工技术控制重点及难点,针对该部分结构特点,介绍了大柱网结构中大跨度框架梁的钢筋、模板、混凝土工程的施工控制措施,并对该部分进行了监测,结果表明该大跨结构质量完好,大跨梁跨中沉降满足设计要求。

Combined with general engineering situations of Zhuque building in Xi＇an key points for construction quality control and difficulties of this six-story building are analyzed; according to the structural features of this building practical construction control measures are proposed for reinforcement, concrete engineering and formwork. Construction monitoring show this large-span structure is good and the settlement of span center can meet design requirements.
