摘要
从检测依据,探头、探伤灵敏度、耦合剂的选择等方面,对钢结构网架中钢管与锥头环焊缝的超声波探伤中出现的一种伪缺陷问题进行了探讨和试验,并对其试验结果进行了分析,以避免错判,从而保证了工程质量。
From detection base, probe, detecting sensitivity, selection of couplant and other aspects the question of one kind of false flaw encountered in ultrasonic flaw detection of steel pile and cone welding seams in grid structure construction discussion and analysis are made. Experiment is carried out in order to realize correct identification and judgment of false flaw to ensure engineering quality.
