摘要
通过阐述企业文化的内涵、构成要素及作用,揭示了企业文化与企业核心竞争力的关系,并在此基础上分析了企业应如何通过企业文化创新来提升企业核心竞争力,从而体现企业文化在构建企业核心竞争力中的重要作用。
It discloses the relation of corporate culture and cored competitive of enterprises through representing the contents, component, and affects of corporate culture, and on base of this it analyses that how the enterprise increase the cored competitive of enterprises by innovating the corporate culture. And this will externalize the main affection of corporate culture in building the cored competitive of enterprises.
