摘要
当下的中国在落实科学发展观构建社会主义和谐社会时,不仅要继续以经济建设为中心,即以不断提高硬实力的同时,也需重视提高软实力。软实力的提升不仅是提高综合国力的逻辑指向、是建设和谐社会的必然选择,同时也是应对复杂国际环境的有效手段。尽管约瑟夫.奈"软实力"理论还存在一些局限,但是却为我们分析怎样全面发展提供了一个新视阈。
Currently, when China implements scientific development outlook and constructs socialism harmonious society, China should not only continue to regard economic construction as center hut also should emphasize upgrading soft power while hard power is raised. The upgrading soft power is not only a logic direction and necessary choice for harmonious society construction but also is an effective method for dealing with complex international environment. Although the theory of Joseph S. Nye, Jr. has certain limitation, a new angle for how to analyze overall development is provided.
