摘要 使用加速溶剂提取仪(ASE)萃取固体样品中的持久性有机污染物是一种理想的萃取方式。本文利用国家环境保护总局标准样品研究所提供的土壤样品,利用正交设计选取不同的萃取条件,使用ASE萃取土壤样品中的PCBs,结合GC/MS的试验结果,对影响萃取效率的各因素进行了探讨。结果表明,本试验设置的不同ASE萃取条件对土壤样品中的PCBs萃取效率差异不大,三因素中影响萃取效果较大的是溶剂,其次是静态提取时间,而加热温度对七氯以上取代的PCBs萃取效率影响较大。优化后的萃取条件方法重复性较好,方法检出限为10~30ng/kg-1。 It is an ideal method to extract Persistent Organic Pollutants in environmental solid sample using accelerated solvent extraction (ASE). Different extraction conditions were selected to extract PCBs in soft samples supplied by the Institute for Reference Materials of the SEPA. According to the results analyzed with GC/MS, efficiency of extraction in different conditions was very close. The greatest effect factor of extract was solvent, next was static extraction time. Besides, higher temperature could produce higher efficiency of extraction to the percentages of congeners with relative large number of substituted chlorine atoms of the Polyehlorinated biphenyls. In the optimal condition, the repeatability of this method was very good and quantification limit of this method was 10 ~30ng/kg^-1.
