摘要
本文建立了饲料中三聚氰胺的HPLC测定方法。该法采用Symmetry C18柱为分离柱,二极管阵列紫外检测器进行样品检测(λmax=236nm)。方法简单、快速、重现性好,平均回收率大于90%,RSD小于3.0%,线性范围为1mg/L-100mg/L。
A method is reported for the determination of melamine in feedstuff. Final analysis is accomplished using Symmetry C18 stainless column and liquid chromatography -ultraviolet detection at a wavelength of 236nm. the method is accurate , rapid and convenient, the results indicate that the recovery is more than 90%, RSD is less than 3.0% and the working curves of melamine was in the linear range lmg/L - 100mg/L.
