摘要
在氮气气氛下,球磨Fe80Cr20得到纳米晶(Fe,Cr)-N单相.通过X射线衍射分析,可知其为立方岩盐型CrN晶体结构.直到773 K纳米晶还保持单相,在更高的温度分解为(Fe,Cr)-N和Fe-Cr固溶体.由于Fe原子和N原子的结合,Fe原子的内秉磁矩被消减.
The nano-crystalline (Fe, Cr)N was prepared as a single phase by milling Fe80Cr20 in a nitrogen atmosphere. Its crystal structure is determined to be the cubic rock salt-type CrN by X-ray diffraction measurements. The nano- crystalline is stable up to above 773 K and then decomposes into (Fe,Cr)N and Fe-Cr solid solution. Due to the combination of Fe and N atoms. the intrinsic magnetic moment of Fe atoms is reduced, which is confirmed by our measurements.
