摘要
本课题组研制的谷物类粮食水分在线检测控制系统,是将粮食储藏水分的变化反映到电容量的变化,再经过精密的信号采集、转换与处理,完成了谷物类粮食的在线实时性检测和控制.该系统的传感器还借助微处理器对测量信号的非线性与温度漂移进行了数字化的修正和补偿,反馈信号输出控制变频器,从而实现料位控制、热风温度调节及自动报警等功能.
This on-line monitoring and controlling system on moisture content of cereal designed can reflect the variation of moisture content of cereal by expression of variation of electric capacity. The on-line real time monitoring and controlling for the moisture content of cereal is completed through precise signal collection, conversion, and procession. The sensor of this system can provide digital amendments and compensstion for the nonlinearity of signals and temperature shifting, aided by micro procesor. Level control, temperature adjustment and automatic alerting can be accomplished.
