A Research on the Managerial System of Fundamental Old-Age Insurance in China

我国基本养老保险管理体制包括基本养老保险业务的行政管理、业务经办、基金管理和基金监管等几个部分,其合理性和有效性决定着养老保险制度的成败。本文对我国基本养老保险管理体制的历史沿革、现状和问题进行了探讨,并对该管理体制的改革提出了相关建议。

The managerial system of fundamental old-age insurance includes： administration, operations handling, fund management and supervision and so on, whose rationality and validity decides the success or failure of the old-age insurance system. This paper probes into the historical evolution, the current situation and the problems of China＇s fundamental old-age insurance managerial system, and makes several suggestions to the reform of the system.
