克—亚综合征1例及文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 患者，男，76岁。因语言表达障碍10d入院。患者于10d前出现口齿不清，语速变慢、不连贯，主动性言语减少，注意力不集中，之后表情淡漠，静坐发呆，主动性活动减少，肢体活动尚可，走路欠稳。既往体健，有糖尿病病史2年，血糖控制良好。家族无类似疾病史，亦无手术及外伤史。入院查体：BP120／80mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），P76次／min。表情淡漠，痴呆面容。问之则答，回答正确，语速缓慢，说话不连贯。无主动性语言及活动，五官端正，无饮水呛咳，
