青海民营企业自主创新能力研究

创新是企业增长的源泉,企业的创新能力是制度创新、技术创新、管理创新的有机集成。选择适当的创新模式是青海民营企业获取持续竞争优势的关键,本文就此提出了相应的对策。

Innovation is the headspring of enterprises being increasing, and enterprises＇ innovation capability is organic integration of systematic innovation, technique innovation and managerial innovation. To opt a proper innovation model is the crux of the nongovernmental enterprise in Qinghai province to hold the preponderance of sustainable competition, in this paper come up with some relative countermeasures on it.
