摘要
目前,理论界对于公务员培训制度的研究正处在探索阶段,特别是在公务员培训效果评估方面是一个薄弱环节,其理论储备和实践经验都极为欠缺。因此,科学、系统、客观地对公务员培训效果评估存在的问题及对策进行研究,对理论界和政府部门都具有重要的现实意义。
Currently, The research on public servers training system in the theoretic field is just lying in the expeditionary stage, especially its efficiency evaluation is a feeble procedure, its theoretic reserve and practical experiences are extremely wanting. Therefore, scientifically, systematically and objectively study on the issue of its efficiency evaluation and the countermeasures has significant practical meanings for the theoretic field and government departments.
