劳动关系是现代社会最基本的社会关系,没有劳动关系的和谐就没有社会的和谐。道德和法律是构成社会稳定与和谐的两个不可或缺的方面。构建高度和谐的劳动关系,需要以劳动法律为其提供最基本的制度保障,更需要以道德为其提供更大范围与更高层次的支撑。

Labor relation is the most basic social relation of the modern society, without it there will be not social harmony.
