大众文化语境中的审美教育

作为一种新兴的文化势力,大众文化迅速蔓延,渗透了人们的生活,它已构成了影响当代审美教育的一个基本时代特征。审美教育既处于大众文化的影响之下,同时又肩负矫正大众文化诸多弊病的责任。这无疑构成了审美教育的生存悖论,同时也对其本身提出了新的要求。在大众文化的新语境中,审美教育不仅要坚持其传统的诉求,即培养人们的美感和审美感受力、理解力、鉴赏力,提高审美趣味和艺术修养,更重要的是,它也是改造个人生活和社会的一条重要途径。美育要用另一种形式来重新构建世界,训练人们对美的热受和创造美的事物的能力,使人们更好地体悟世界的潜在意味,更有价值地生活。在此基础上提升人的道德意识,继而推动整个社会走向和谐。因此,审美教育不是当代文化教育中一个可有可无的点缀,它同时肩负培养新型人才、重塑人文精神以及推动社会进步的多重任务。在此情况下,研究大众文化的冲击下审美教育所面临的困境和应对这种困境的新战略,是十分必要和有意义的。

Aesthetic education either lies in the influence of the mass＇s culture or simultaneously shoulder the responsibility of rectifying the various maladies in the mass＇s culture. And this has undoubtedly constituted the absurd theory of aesthetic education, and simultaneously has put forward the new requirement to itself. In the new linguistic ambit of the masses culture, aesthetic education has to carry on its traditional appeals, in terms of cultivating people＇s aesthetic feeling, aesthetic receptivity, intellect and percipient, promoting aesthetic interest and artic culture, and the more important is that it also is a momentous avenue of modifying individual life and society. Aesthetic education ahead using an another form to rebuild the world, and to train people＇s capabilities of perceiving beauty and creating beautiful things, thereby make people better experience the world＇s latent connotation, and better valuably live. On the base to promote man＇s moral consciousness and subsequently prod thewhole society＇s tendency and harmony. Therefore, aesthetic education is not just a dispensable interspersion in the modem cultural education, but it simultaneously shoulder the multi-ply responsibilities for cultivating new-type talents, reconstructing humanistic spirit and prodding social progression. In this situation, under the mass＇s cultural impact, the predicament that aesthetic education faces to and the new strategy for dealing with this kind of embarrassment are radically necessary and meaningful.
