This paper briefly introduces the application of numerical calculation, symbolic evaluation and curve drawing of MathCAD software to deduction of basic theory, analysis of experiment data and resolving model of plastic forming subject. Using these methods to establish some examples of how to construct the CAI courseware of metal plastic forming theory with MathCAD software.
