高铜对雏鸭肝氧化状态及肝细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:1

Effects of high dietary copper on hepatic oxidation and hepatocyte apoptosis in ducklings

摘要 将360只1日龄天府肉鸭随机分为6组,分别以对照日粮(Cu 8 mg/kg)和高铜日粮(Ⅰ组:Cu100 mg/kg;Ⅱ组:Cu 200 mg/kg;Ⅲ组:Cu 400 mg/kg;Ⅳ组:Cu 600 mg/kg;Ⅴ组:Cu 800 mg/kg)饲喂6周,研究日粮铜水平对雏鸭肝氧化状态及肝细胞凋亡的影响。结果显示,与对照组比较,Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组肝铜锌SOD和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低(P<0.01),Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组羟自由基和丙二醛含量显著升高(P<0.01),Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组肝铜锌SOD和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性升高(P<0.01)。高铜组肝细胞凋亡率随日粮铜水平的升高而增加。表明,日粮铜水平为400 mg/kg以上时可引起肝抗氧化功能降低和肝细胞凋亡率升高。 Three hundred and sixty Tianfu meat ducklings of one-day-old were randomly divided into 6 groups, 60 each, and raised on diets as follows.control dietary group (Cu 8 mg/kg) and high copper dietary group (100 mg Cu per 1 kg diet in Group Ⅰ ,200 mg Cu per 1 kg diet in Group Ⅱ ,400 mg Cu per 1 kg diet in Group HI ,600 nag Cu per 1 kg diet in Group Ⅳ, and 800 mg Cu per 1 kg diet in Group Ⅴ) for 6 weeks. The activities of hepatic copper-zinc superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were decreased sig- nificantly in Groups Ⅳ and V compared with those of the control dietary group(P〈0.01), but increased significantly in Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P〈0.01). The contents of hydroxy radical and malondialdehyde in livers increased significantly in Groups Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ (P〈0.01). The hepatocyte apoptotic rates in the high copper dietary groups increased with the increase of copper level in diet. The results showed that dietary copper in excess of 400 mg/kg impaired liver antioxidant function and induced hepatocyte apoptosis.
