Ulcerative colitis（UC）, which is fairly difficult to be treated, has an extended course and frequent recurrent rate. The role of the indicators of monitoring during UC is being recognized and becoming a hotspot. Further investigation of the progress in the indicators has an important significance in realizing the pathogenic mechanism of UC.
