摘要
运用经济的方法评价体育在保持企业职工良好健康状况与企业发展关系中的地位、作用、功能和效果、效益,在全世界还是一个年轻的课题。采用文献资料法,从日本企业职工的健康体育理念的创立因素、概要简述和内容拓展三个方面,剖析了日本企业职工的健康体育理念。同时重点介绍了效果分析和效益分析两种具有代表性的企业职工健康状况的经济评价方法。最后以此为基础谈了几点个人从中得到的启示及相关思考。
It's a new topic to apply economic method to evaluate sport's position, role, function and result in the relationship of keeping employees' health and enterprise's development. The related research has been implementcd in some developed countries such as Japan etc. in the 1980's, but so far they haven't established a set of complete system yet. This article introduces employees' health sport concept and economic evaluation methods in Japanese enterprises, and puts forward some personal points with a view to provide enterprise managers in China with some reference materials to promote their employees' hcahh.
