摘要
通过分步悬浮聚合法首先得到聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)/聚苯乙烯(PSt)互穿聚合物网络,然后将该互穿网络醇解,得到亲水性的聚乙烯醇(PVA)与疏水性的聚苯乙烯(PSt)组成的互穿聚合物网络(PVA/PSt IPN).树脂的红外光谱图和羟值测定结果表明:PVA/PSt IPN在合成过程中PVAc与PSt之间并未发生化学反应,而是相互渗透,机械缠结,其羟值随PVA质量增加而增大.PVA/PSt IPN在环己烷中的溶胀率极小而在弱极性的溶剂中溶胀率较高;和一般溶剂相比,PVA/PSt IPN在苯酚中溶胀率最大;PVA/PSt IPN在水中的溶胀率随着PVA质量分数增加而增大,随着PVA的交联度增大而变小.
Poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc)/polystyrene (PSt) IPNs were synthesized by sequential suspension polymerization, and then the PVAc network was alcoholysis , and thus hydrophilic - hydrophobic PVA/PSt IPNs were obtained. The IR and hydroxyl values of the PVA/PSt IPNs were characterized and measured. The results showed that PVAc does not reacted with PSt in synthesis and the hydroxyl values increase with the quality ratio of PVA in PVA/PSt IPN. The swelling ratios of PVA/PSt IPN in different solvents were measured, and results revealed that PVA/PSt IPN swell hardly in cyclohexane but easily in polar solvents. The swelling ratio of PVA/PSt IPN in phenol is the biggest. The swelling ratio of PVA/PSt IPN is greater with quality ratio of PVA increasing and the swelling ratio decrease with the crosslinking degree of PVA increasing in water.
