硫氧化细菌的筛选及其脱硫性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 从含硫土壤中分离得到一株高效的硫氧化细菌A62.通过间歇性试验对菌株A62的特性进行了研究.结果表明,该菌单个细胞为杆状、革兰氏阴性,好氧菌,且当温度30℃,pH7.5,S2-≤300mg/L时,硫化物的去除率最高达92.6%,它对工业脱硫有一定的应用价值. Strain A62 was isolated from soil in the lab. The influence on the strain with different factors was discussed through batch tests. The cells of this organism were aerobic, rod-shaped version with temperature 30℃, pH7.5 and the rate of the strain can reach about 92.6%, it is the growth and sulfide conversion of experiment results indicated that the , Gram-negative. The strain has a higher optimum sulfide consulfide concentration was not over 300mg/L, sulfide conversion valuable to desulfurization of industrial wastewater.
