抗条锈冬小麦新品种兰天22号选育报告

Breeding Report of Winter Wheat Cultivar Lantian 22 with Resistance to Stripe Rust

冬小麦新品种兰天22号是甘肃省冬小麦研究所以"德国2号"为母本、"兰天11号"为父本进行有性杂交系统选育而成。在2004-2006年天水市和甘肃省陇南片半山组区域试验中,2 a平均折合产量5 496.8 kg/hm2,较对照品种咸农4号增产15.25%。经接种鉴定,苗期对条锈菌混合菌中感,成株期对条中29号、条中31号、条中32号和致病类型水4、水7和水14以及混合菌全部表现免疫。籽粒含粗蛋白15.86%、赖氨酸0.53%、湿面筋24.56%。适宜在陇南半山区种植。

Lantian 22 was a new winter wheat cultivar bred systematically by crossing with the parental combination of Deguo 2/Lantian 11. the average yield of Lantian 22 is 5 496. 8 kg/hm^2 and 15.25% higher than of the check Xiannong 4 in winter wheat regional experiment which was conducted during the period 2005-2006 in the Semi-Mountainous area of Tianshui city and Longnan district. The result showed that Lantian 22 was moderate susceptibility to mixture race at the seedling stage and immune completely to CY29, CY31, CY32, Shui 4, Shui 7, Shui 14 and mixture race at the adult stage. In addition, the result also indicated that seed crude protein, lysine and wet gluten were 15.86% ,0. 53% and 24. 56%, respectively. Lantian 22 have the characteristics of high resistance to drought and chillness. It was suitable for growing in the semi-mountainous area of Longnan district.
