摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法分离测定了银杏提取物水解后的三个甙元──槲皮素、山萘酚、异鼠李素的含量。用NovapakC18柱,V(甲醇):V(水)为50:50,pH2.5的磷酸体系为流动相,UV360nm检测,三个黄酮甙元获得良好的分离,利用各成元的转换因子计算了黄铜化合物的总含量。这种方法定量结果准确,重视性好。
A simple rapid method has been developed for the separation and determination of the Flavonoids found in the extracts of the leaves of Ginkgo biloba (Egb)by HPLC. Procedure inoluded hydrolysis of the flavonoids and HPLC assay of the obtained aglycones on a Novapsk C18 column with methanol-water(50:50,V/V) orthiophosphoric acid pH=2.5 as eluent. The detection was effected at 360 nm. The separation of the quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin was satisfied. A good liner relationship of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamentin was found in the rage 0. 024 ~0. 57 μg, 0. 024 ~ 0. 58 μg, 0. O25 ~ 0. 60 μg. The conefficients of varition of three standards were 2.1%,1.5%,1.4%,respectively. The recovery of the quercetin was 97.5%.Three batches of Egb were tested by the method mentioned.
