Preparation and Properties of the 12-Tungstoboric Acids and Salts with Alkali and Alkali Earth Metals

利用刚体转动惯量一般定义形式，经过一系列推导，证明出刚体对任意轴转动惯量定理．由此得到特殊形式的平行轴定理，垂直轴定理及广义垂直轴定理．并通过实例说明此定理在应用上简便。

Alkali and alkali earth metals of 12-tungstoboric acids (salts) were prepared. IR, Uvspectra, XPS and thermal properties were studied and some propenties on salts of inside and outside boundary were also compured.
