摘要
目的:观察眼针疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法:将80例PSD患者随机分为治疗组42例,对照组38例,对照组用百忧解20mg,每日1次口服,治疗组口服百忧解同时加眼针疗法。结果:总有效率治疗组,对照组两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:眼针疗法是治疗PSD的有效方法。
Objective： To investigate the effect of eye acupuncture on patients with post stroke depression（PDS）. Methods： 80 PDS patients were randomly devided into treatment group with 42 cases and control group with 38 cases. The control group was given Prozac treat, 20mg/d. The treatment group was treated with eye acupuncture, and also given Prozac treat, 20mg/d. Results： The total effective rates of the treatment group and control group were individually 85.71% and 71.05%, and there was a significant difference between two groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Using eye acupuncture treatment can effectively treat post stroke depression.
