格拉司琼预防肾移植手术患者恶心、呕吐的疗效观察

Effect of Granisetron in the prevention of nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing kidney transplantation

目的:观察格拉司琼预防肾移植手术患者恶心、呕吐的效果。方法:选择40例接受同种异体肾移植术的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各20例。实验组血管吻合完毕开放血流前静脉注射格拉司琼3mg,对照组不用药。观察两组患者恶心、呕吐发生情况。结果:实验组恶心、呕吐发生率为10%(2/20例),对照组为75%(15/20例),两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:格拉司琼可有效预防肾移植手术患者的恶心、呕吐。

Objective To observe the effect of Granisetron in the prevention of nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing kidney transplantation. Method 40 patients undergoing homologous donor renal transplantation were randomized into two groups as the experiment group （ n = 20） and the control group （ n = 20） . The patients in the experiment group received Granisetron （ 3mg,i. v. ） immediately before releasing the vascular elamp after revascularization by vessels anastomosis, and there was no treatment in the control group. The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the two groups was recorded. Results The incidences of nausea and vomiting in the experiment group and the control group were 10% （2/20） and 75% （15/20） , respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Granisetron can effectively prevent nausea and vomiting during kidney transplantation.
