垂直管内降膜吸收过程热-质传递数值计算问题的研究

Study of heat and mass transfer calculation in vertical falling film absorber

通过对垂直管内降膜氨－水吸收过程中热－质传递现象的研究，阐述了非绝热吸收过程中传热和传质相互作用、相互影响的关系，建立了吸收过程热－质传递的数学模型，并对垂直管内降膜氨－水吸收过程进行数值计算．其研究结果为降膜吸收器的设计提供一种新的、考虑到热－质传递的计算方法．

By researching into the phenomena of heat and mass coupling transfer between ammonia and water, the relationship of the inter action and inter affection between heat and mass transfer in a process of non insulation absorption is theoretically explained. The numerical computation model of heat and mass coupling transfer in a vertical falling film absorber of ammonia water is set up and computed. A new designing calculation method for a vertical falling film absorber is put forward.
